Mr. Puffelis provides project and program management services including scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking on large, fast-paced programs. He manages multiple electric utility projects and has experience in project planning and controls, managing multidisciplinary teams, and risk analysis and mitigation.
Mr. Puffelis earned his master's degree from University of California, Berkeley where he specialized in Engineering and Project Management. He worked on projects involving process improvements using lean construction concepts and methods, the development of schedules, estimates, and cash flow analyses, and life cycle assessments. He took courses related to lean construction, advanced project planning and controls, and law for engineers. Mr. Puffelis earned his bachelor's degree from University of California, San Diego where he worked on projects involving the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures and the design of prestressed concrete, reinforced concrete, and steel structures, earthquake and geotechnical engineering, and more.
