Mr. Kongjan has experience in construction management, construction consulting and business management. He specializes in forensic delay analysis and is proficient in evaluating project baseline schedules, contemporaneous schedule updates and project documentation to establish data architecture for time, resource and costs to assist in the evaluation of delays and impacts to construction projects.
Mr. Kongjan is proficient in data analysis and evaluation of construction project records and job costs, including earned value management. He is adept in the preparation and management of baseline schedules and updates to spot trends, potential risks, and opportunities.
Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Kongjan was a consultant for Warner Construction Consultant Inc. He was responsible for providing technical support in translating and transferring data for comprehensive document databases development, coding, quality control, and maintenance to support detailed schedule analyses, damages analyses, claims preparation, claims defense, and negotiated settlements. Additionally, Mr. Kongjan was an engineer officer in the Royal Thai Army where he held several positions and worked on different types of military construction projects.
