Pranjal Chaudhary

Mr. Chaudhary specializes in construction claims and project management with a focus on evaluating and preparing claims related to project delays, disruptions, and loss of productivity. His background includes analyzing project data and schedules,, and creating visual aids to support expert reports on delays, damages, and disruptions.

Having worked across diverse industries including power plants, solar plants, commercial buildings, and heavy civil projects, he has a breadth of experience, including management of extensive data sets and analysis of project schedules to extract insights and ensure project success. Supported preparation of claims worth $5B, his strengths extend to monthly project assessments, project documentation, supporting expert report preparations, project analysis and schedule analysis.  

Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Chaudhary worked for a general contractor, Willmeng Construction, and later as a claims consultant with FTI Consulting. During his time as a consultant, he oversaw project schedules on a monthly basis, analyzing milestone performance and preparing delay graphics.
