Ms. Bergman Bailey holds an M.Sc in Toxicology and Risk assessment and has over 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs gained in both industry and consulting. She has wide-ranging experience in biocides, managing both active substances and product dossiers and registrations.
Prior to joining Exponent, Ms. Bergman Bailey managed multidisciplinary specialist projects teams preparing and supporting biocidal active substance and product regulatory submissions while working for a regulatory consultancy. A key part of her role was providing strategic advice and strategies for compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining and expanding the range and available markets for clients' biocidal products.
Ms. Bergman Bailey previously held the position of Regulatory Affairs Manager for a biocidal product manufacturer with responsibility for their BPR and transitional product strategy across Europe. Prior to this, she gained important experience supporting biocidal active substances through the EU BPR review programme and biocidal products at a National level across EU, the Middle East and Africa.
Ms. Bergman Bailey's experience also includes National registrations, Biocidal Product Families, treated articles, classification and labelling and safety data sheet preparation.
