KG focuses her time on the coordination and direct operations of complex, multi-stakeholder projects involved with human-subject research on a worldwide scale. This includes managing budgets and schedules on behalf of Exponent for multiple human-participant data studies as well as working directly with senior leaders to develop and continuously improve the processes involved with a portfolio of complex data gathering engagements.
KG is committed to delivering efficient and cost-effective results, with an emphasis on using data driven insights to inform decision making. She has experience in business development, marketing, project management and working with senior leadership to develop strategic client-centric initiatives.
Prior to joining Exponent, KG spent more than a decade collaborating with legal professionals to drive best in class service to startups and venture capital firms. She is enthralled by the development of new technologies, the way they can solve complex problems and how innovation affects traditional industry sectors.
