With over a decade of experience, Mr. Corbin has worked on many phases and aspects of the construction industry across a wide range of projects. His project management experience includes overseeing engineering, permitting and constructability issues from proposal phase to project completion.
Mr. Corbin's project controls skills include schedule maintenance and oversight, construction accounting and forecasting, estimating, and change order management. Working with important clients in the infrastructure and commercial markets, he has developed collaborative working relationships.
Spending much of his career at Clark Construction, Mr. Corbin has managed multi-disciplinary teams on challenging design-build contracts. He led the project team to adapt to the changing client needs and create efficient practices for managing high volumes of contract changes, design documentation and complicated permitting processes. His adept ability managing contract disputes and providing schedule and financial oversight pushed his career at Clark, a top-10 general contractor in the US.
Beginning at the field level, he learned to manage construction crews to accomplish work on schedule and under budget. With a background in engineering and an understanding of contract management, he helped resolve multiple potential change orders prior to construction. From the management position, his understanding of field work enables him to advise the construction teams on project controls and contract management.
