Diane Boesenberg has 25 years of experience in the competitive consumer goods marketplace as a microbiologist, a regulatory professional focused on EPA, CPSC and FDA products and as a strategic corporate partner to quickly launch products while not compromising on compliance. She has a depth and breadth of knowledge in the areas of EPA (FIFRA), CPSC and FDA (cosmetics, OTC drugs, medical devices). She routinely has been involved in full life cycle development of products from feasibility to launch, which includes consulting on product development and testing, claims support, labeling, advertising, eco-logo compliance and registration.
In her 25 years in the industry, Diane has developed data meeting EPA and global microbiology regulations, registered dozens of end-use antimicrobial products (e.g., new registrations, notifications and amendments), received approval for new EPA antimicrobial protocols and been involved in writing and amending numerous policies and guidelines with the Federal and State EPA and trade associations. Diane's specialty also includes developing technical and strategic products, project management and fostering cross functional relationships between companies, contract facilities, regulators and with trade associations. Diane uses her scientific background in microbiology, R&D knowledge and when combined with her expertise in regulatory affairs she successfully navigates the complexities of getting a product to market.
