Ms. Prompruk has over fifteen years of experience in project management, IT business analysis, development of software, and construction claims management. She has provided construction management support on several large projects, both local and nationwide, including schedule, risk management, and cost analysis.
As a claims consultant, Ms. Prompruk prepares detailed analyses of contemporaneous correspondence, project documentation, and analyses time, resource and cost in schedules to evaluate delay or other technical impacts. Additionally, she provides technical support in developing, coding, quality control, and maintenance of comprehensive document databases to support detailed schedule analyses, damages analyses, claims preparation, claims defense, and negotiated settlements. Her specialized computer software skills include Primavera P6, P3, Deltek Acumen Fuse, Suretrak, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, PhotoShop, Summation Blaze, SAP, and numerous communication packages.
Ms. Prompruk has provided services in sectors of the industry that include power (including fossil, nuclear, solar, and energy-from-waste), government buildings (including embassies, court houses, and historic renovations), locks and dams, hospitals, military facilities, highways and bridges, and transit.
Ms. Prompruk has provided services to Government clients such as the Department of State, General Services Administration, Department of Defense, Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Reserve Board, Smithsonian Institution, and Maryland Department of General Services. On behalf of the Department of State, Ms. Prompruk evaluated requests for equitable adjustment (REA) on its embassy projects and diplomatic facilities. She supported the Government in the negotiations with contractors for time and cost adjustment on these projects. She supported scheduling, estimating, and REA evaluations on 12 projects in the range of $25 to $600 million range in Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.
