Adriana Lupercio

Ms. Lupercio is experienced working within various stages of commercial construction projects including procurement, construction, and closeout. Some of the tasks she previously completed for these projects involve working with teams in onboarding, contracting new trades, safety, closeout organization, documentation, managing trades, tracking required on job dates, research on specifications, submittals, and requests for information. She obtained her Master's and Bachelor's degrees from University of California, Berkeley where she focused on construction management and sustainability. Within Berkeley's Engineering and Project Management program, she took courses and worked on projects involving life-cycle assessment, lean construction, supply chain management, project controls, construction law and business fundamentals.
