Pirouz is a Managing Engineer in Exponent's New York office, where he advises clients on proactive risk mitigation, change order management, as well as forensic assessment of delay, productivity, and damages for complex capital projects. His experience spans projects with construction costs ranging from approximately $500,000 to over $11 billion and includes both hands-on project delivery and delay and damages consulting assignments.

Prior to joining Exponent, Pirouz served in various field engineering and resident engineering roles on major public infrastructure projects, including roadway, bridge, and stormwater improvement projects for Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. He has since advised on risk mitigation and dispute-related matters involving major airport, rail and transit, oil sands, industrial plant, nuclear facility, housing development, highway, bridge, and utility projects. His experience includes both direct involvement in project execution and the evaluation of complex construction disputes arising from mega projects and large-scale infrastructure programs
