Misael Rojas is a nationally recognized Senior Architect with over 20 years of experience in architectural design, forensic investigations, and building enclosure consulting. With a career spanning complex projects related to architectural and construction technology across the U.S. and internationally, Mr. Rojas brings extensive technical expertise in the performance of building systems. His work includes commercial properties including high-rise developments, institutional facilities, and post-disaster property loss assessments, with a specialization in the performance of building envelope systems that include analysis of waterproofing, roofing, masonry, glazing as well as other types of building facades.
Misael offers a full spectrum of consulting services, including construction defect analysis, litigation support, building envelope design, and water intrusion investigations.
