Interview Philosophy
Our interview process is both rigorous and fun, designed to help us gain a better understanding of your skills and career interests as well as help you discover if Exponent is right for you. We follow competency-based interviewing because we believe we can hire the most qualified, talented, and diverse teams by assessing the technical and behavioral skills required for the role.
