Ms. Khorshid Azarnoush is a Manager at Exponent's Construction Consulting Practice, based in the Oakland office. With over six years of experience, she excels in project controls and management. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of construction-related areas, including implementing project controls, mitigating risks, managing costs, analyzing change orders, and resolving construction disputes. Ms. Azarnoush has led multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives from initial stages to completion.
